Manhattan’s Top-Selling Building of 2025: 155 West 68th Street

One of 2025’s best-selling buildings was not a new development but a classic Lincoln Square condo with sponsor residences to sell. 155 West 68th Street, also known as Dorchester Towers, was one the year’s top-selling buildings in Manhattan by contracts signed for sponsor residences, according to an analysis by Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing.  There were 98 contracts signed in 2025, significantly outpacing all new developments by sheer number of deals.

“155 West 68th Street has brought highly desirable, spacious condos at attainable price points to a premier market in need of this supply. The momentum has been constant, and the building has been one of the top-selling buildings in the city by deal volume since we launched sales in 2024,” said Stephen Kliegerman, President, BHSDM. “People feel confident buying into such a well-established building with exceptional service and true community.”

155 West 68th Street plans to continue the release of new inventory this year.

A full-service condominium, the building has a 24-hour doorman and concierge services, a live-in resident manager, and a fully-staffed management office on site. Its comprehensive amenities include a renovated lobby with inviting seating areas, landscaped gardens with a coveted porte-cochere entrance, landscaped rooftop terrace, fitness center, business center with conferencing capabilities, parking garage, and more.

The building is within easy reach of Lincoln Center, Central Park, Columbus Circle, Riverside Park, as well as the broad array of shops, restaurants and cultural institutions the Upper West Side has to offer.
