WESTPORT, Conn., January 15, 2026 — Brown Harris Stevens, the premier privately owned real estate firm, is pleased to announce that luxury real estate agent Dan McCamblau has joined the firm’s Westport office. Recently named “Best Realtor” in Westport by Westport Lifestyle Magazine, McCamblau brings an exceptional track record of high-performance sales, strategic insight, and community leadership to the firm’s growing Fairfield County presence. He was previously affiliated with Coldwell Banker.
McCamblau is known for delivering strong and record-breaking results for his clients, pairing deep local market knowledge with a sophisticated, analytical approach shaped by a distinguished career in finance and corporate strategy. Prior to residential real estate, he held senior leadership roles at global technology companies including Amazon and Peloton, where he partnered closely with C-suite executives and Boards of Directors on FP&A, corporate strategy, M&A, and long-range planning. In addition, he worked in real estate investment banking as an Equity Research Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
“Brown Harris Stevens represents everything I value in a brokerage: integrity, strategic thinking, and a long-term commitment to both clients and community,” said McCamblau. “As a firm that is privately held and deeply relationship-driven, BHS provides the ideal platform for me to serve Westport, New Canaan, and greater Fairfield County communities.”
Beyond his professional achievements, McCamblau is deeply committed to service and advocacy. A graduate of Duke University, he serves on multiple corporate and Duke University boards, including the Duke Alumni Board of Directors, and is Co-Chair of both the Duke LGBTQ+ Board and the Duke Jewish Alumni Board. Locally, he is actively involved with the Parent Committees at New Canaan Nature Center and Temple Israel Westport.
“Dan is exactly the kind of advisor today’s clients are seeking. His background in finance and tech, combined with his proven real estate performance and deep community roots, makes him a powerful addition to our Westport office. We’re excited to support his continued growth and success,” said Christopher Halstead, Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Director of Sales at Brown Harris Stevens.
McCamblau resides in Fairfield County with his husband, their two young children, and their three dogs.
