You recently joined BHS’s Miami Continuum Office…why did you decide BHS was best for your team’s business?

Jenny: After more than two decades advising luxury clients in Miami and witnessing the city’s growth into a global hub for UHNWI, we chose to partner with Brown Harris Stevens to elevate our reach and service at the highest level. While ARCA has always operated in the luxury space, Miami now offers an even broader ultra-luxury landscape, and joining BHS allows us to enter this new chapter with a brand that consistently serves the world’s wealthiest with discretion, expertise, and white-glove service. We believe this partnership will enhance the exceptional experience we provide from beginning to end.

With 50 years of collective experience in the real estate industry, share with us one hidden secret to success in real estate that has helped your team toward success.

Team: Our success comes from consistent service, honesty, and genuine care for our clients. We approach every transaction with transparency and integrity, ensuring our clients feel supported, comfortable, and confident throughout the process. Building trust and delivering exceptional service has been the foundation of our long-standing success.

With a track record of working with international buyers, where are the international buyers coming from that are buying in Miami right now?

Team: Mostly Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia, few Europeans from countries like Germany,  France, Italy and Dubai.

Even thought since 2021, Miami has experienced a significant shift in buyer demographics. Many of our international clients expanded or relocated their real estate portfolios to markets such as Spain, while we simultaneously saw a strong increase in buyers arriving from the Northeast and West Coast.

Adriana: I’m a lifelong people-person who loves nature, travel, learning something new every day, and enjoy helping others in any way I can, by sharing what I know.

Diana: I am very creative, and I have a bit of an interior designer in me.

Share a photo that means a lot to your team and share why?

Team: We have known and worked together for more than 20 years, so this day was especially fun, while taking the photos, we couldn’t stop laughing and reminiscing about old times.
