Brown Harris Stevens (BHS) has once again been named the #1 privately held real estate brokerage in New York City, according to the April 2026 rankings published by The Real Deal. Brown Harris Stevens was also ranked among the top 5 brokerages in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
The report highlights a resurgence in transaction activity and sustained demand across key segments, particularly at the high end of the market.
