With more than 23 years of experience in Manhattan residential real estate and over $600 million in career sales, Baum brings a client-focused approach to her work with buyers and sellers. She has been ranked among the top 1.5% of real estate professionals nationwide.
Baum joins Brown Harris Stevens from Corcoran. Prior to transitioning into real estate, she spent 22 years in the fashion industry, holding executive roles at Rena Lange (USA), Nicole Farhi, Donna Karan New York, and Perry Ellis, and later served as a principal of her own consulting business. She brings a strong business background and client service focus to her work in real estate. Baum is also licensed in Palm Beach.
Baum represents a broad mix of domestic and international clients across purchases, rentals, and sales, with a strong understanding of the varying considerations of property ownership.
