Whether you’re after the perfect jack-o’-lantern, a scenic family day out, or just an excuse for a hot apple cider donut, the Hamptons and North Fork have some of the best pumpkin patches around. Our Brown Harris Stevens agents share their favorite local spots for celebrating the season.
Hank’s Pumpkin Town: Water Mill
East Hampton agent Michael Petersohn loves the energy and family fun at Hank’s Pumpkin Town. “It can be super busy on weekends, but there’s a little bit of everything for everyone,” he says. “My kids always marveled at the sheer number of pumpkins! There are fun things to climb on. It’s always a good time.”
Lisa & Bill’s Farmstand: Wainscott
For a truly special, local experience, Cynthia R. Barrett from our Bridgehampton office recommends Lisa & Bill’s Farmstand, located at the corner of Beach Lane and Wainscott Main Street. “You can pick your own pumpkins from acres of patches, it’s a genuine hidden gem,” she shares.
Krupski Farms: Peconic
On the North Fork, Krupski Farms is the top pick for agent Marianne Collins. Known for its authentic farm atmosphere and long-standing local roots, Krupski’s is a must-visit for anyone looking for that classic pumpkin-picking experience.
Wickham’s Fruit Farm: Cutchogue
If your fall traditions include apple cider donuts (and whose don’t?), North Fork agent Denise G. Wallenstein suggests Wickham’s Fruit Farm. “You can get fresh apple cider donuts right out of the fryer,” she says — the perfect treat to enjoy while you wander through the pumpkin fields.
No matter which side of the East End you explore this fall, you’ll find plenty of charm, color, and delicious seasonal treats along the way.
