Greenwood Village is an Arapahoe County city south of Denver that blends a thriving corporate center with peaceful residential neighborhoods. Incorporated in 1950 to preserve its pastoral farmland, the city has grown into one of the region’s most prominent suburban business hubs. Much of the Denver Tech Center lies within Greenwood Village, offering corporate headquarters, chef-driven dining, and modern amenities. At the same time, the city protects open spaces, horse properties, and more than 40 miles of scenic trails, including a stretch of the historic High Line Canal Trail. Cultural venues like Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre and the Curtis Arts & Humanities Center add to the city’s vibrant arts and entertainment scene. Housing ranges from estate homes on large lots to condos near the business district. Interstate 25 and RTD light rail connect Greenwood Village to downtown Denver, and Cherry Creek State Park lies just east.
