Duncan Sheik, renowned songwriter, composer, and singer sadly passed away on September 17th. Although he is known for his 90’s hit song “Barely Breathing” and his Broadway musical Spring Awakening, Duncan’s most important role was husband to BHS Downtown agent Nora Ariffin, and father to their daughter Ines. Over the years, Duncan collaborated with Nora, her business partner Christopher Kromer, and Brown Harris Stevens on numerous projects, including providing original musical scores for listing videos and even appearing in them. In honor of his memory, we selected several videos where Duncan’s influence lives on in his music, and in his beautiful daughter. May his memory be a blessing.
