Every year, Architectural Digest’s AD100 recognizes leading architects and interior designers whose work has brought some of the most remarkable homes to life. These residences bring their work to the market, offering a chance to own a home defined by thoughtful design, distinctive details, and lasting style.

Designed by AD100 architect Steven Gambrel, this approximately 6,000-square-foot, full-floor residence offers sweeping views of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir, the Central Park West skyline, and the city to the south. Interiors feature a marble entry gallery, lacquered fluted hallway walls, a 31-foot corner living room and library, each with a wood-burning fireplace, a formal dining room, and five bedrooms with en-suite marble baths, including a primary suite with an expansive custom dressing room.

Reimagined in 2022 by AD100 design team Drake-Anderson, this Park Avenue residence combines prewar details and ten-foot ceilings with custom lighting and exclusive wallcoverings throughout. Highlights include a 26-foot living and dining room with a custom Calcutta Gold honed marble wood-burning fireplace, a windowed eat-in kitchen with white lacquered custom cabinetry, and a corner primary suite with an expansive custom dressing room and heated marble mosaic bathroom floors.

With interiors by AD100 firm SheltonMindel, this four-bedroom residence features a kitchen with custom walnut cabinetry, Gaggenau appliances, custom pendant lights, and slab marble and Glassos counters. Nearly ten-foot ceilings and southern light in the great room, kitchen, and primary bedroom create an airy atmosphere, complemented by bathrooms with slab and mosaic stonework in a light, natural palette.

With interiors by AD100 designer Muriel Brandolini, this approximately 4,300-square-foot, five-bedroom duplex features a nearly 40-foot living room with Hudson River and Riverside Park views, a formal dining room, and a library with custom geometric bookcases and a wet bar. A custom staircase connects the entertaining and bedroom levels, where the primary suite offers Hudson River views from both the bedroom and a bath clad in book-matched Bianco Calacatta marble with a bronze-mounted floating Emerald Onyx double vanity.
