Designed by architects Boak & Raad for Rose Associates, this 13-story building was completed in 1948 as a rental and later converted to a Condop in 1990. It contains 93 residential units and four medical offices on the first floor, which remain owned by Rose Associates and are part of a separate condominium. The building sits on the former site of Peter Cooper’s home. This is not a land lease building.
