One Thousand Museum, the first U.S. project by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Zaha Hadid, brings her signature futuristic design to Downtown Miami. Located on Biscayne Boulevard between 900 Biscayne and Ten Museum Park, this 62-story architectural masterpiece is being developed by Gregg Covin and Louis Birdman. The tower will feature only 83 ultra-luxury residences—comprised solely of half-floor and full-floor units, including townhomes—each with three dedicated parking spaces. The building’s striking design includes an external structural skeleton, eliminating interior columns and allowing for innovative, open floorplans. Residences come fully finished with premium flooring, custom closets, and high-end lighting, offering an unmatched level of luxury and design in the heart of Miami.
