891 Park Avenue is an elegant Art Deco building designed by Arthur Paul Hess in 1931. It features a brick façade with a three-story limestone base, a full-width terra cotta and iron balcony on the fourth floor, and three individual balconies with terra cotta details on the fourteenth floor. Geometric patterns decorate the top floors, topped by an iron parapet.
