Built in 1949 by Sam Minskoff & Sons and designed by Sylvan Bien, this 20-story, 100-unit building was one of the first post-WWII apartment houses on Park Avenue. Converted to a co-op in 1979, it’s located in one of the most prestigious Park Avenue corridors near elegant and exclusive residences. East 70th Street is often considered one of the city’s most beautiful side streets.
