Designed by J.E.R. Carpenter and built in 1912, 635 Park Avenue is a distinguished 13-story Italian Renaissance-style building on the southeast corner of 66th Street. Developed by Spencer Fullerton Weaver and converted to a co-op in 1946, it features a finely detailed light-brown brick façade and grand full-floor residences with expansive original layouts.
