570 Park Avenue

by

Located at the southwest corner of 63rd Street, 570 Park Avenue is a distinguished 13-story pre-war co-op designed by Emery Roth in the Georgian style. Developed by Bing & Bing and completed in 1916, it converted to cooperative ownership in 1923. The building features a two-story white marble base with ornate terra-cotta detailing contrasted against rich red brick. It houses 52 spacious units with six to nine rooms, boasting high ceilings, wood-burning fireplaces, libraries, pantries, grand entryways, and semi-private elevator landings.
