During the conversion, three penthouses were added by purchasing air rights from neighboring buildings, featuring a different style from the original Italian Renaissance palazzo design. The avenue façade showcases three elegant rows of balconies—with a shorter middle row—and a striking cornice, along with additional balconies on the side streets.
