50 Gramercy Park North

by

Originally built in 1925 by Bing & Bing and designed by Robert T. Lyons, 2 Lexington Avenue overlooks exclusive Gramercy Park and was once the Gramercy Park Hotel. Now reimagined, the property includes 23 luxury condominium residences above the hotel. Many apartments feature soaring ceilings up to 18 feet, floor-to-ceiling windows with park views, white oak floors, wood-burning fireplaces, and designer kitchens and baths. Amenities include concierge, valet, spa, housekeeping, childcare, catering, private storage, and park access. A two-story lobby and rooftop bar are being transformed into private, resident-only spaces. The hotel interiors were designed by Julian Schnabel in a bold, eclectic style.
