322 Central Park West is a boutique co-op with 48 apartments. The building was designed by the Blum Brothers and completed in 1925. The façade is brick and limestone. The building’s discrete entrance is on West 92nd Street. Most units are classic 6’s or classic 8’s and feature woodburning fireplaces in the living rooms. Many offer views of Central Park. Traditional pre-war features include hardwood floors, high ceilings, spacious rooms and floor plans designed for elegant entertaining. In 2011 the original manually operated elevators were replaced with electric units, maintaining the original wood-paneled cabs. Each elevator landing serves only one or two apartments.
