25 East End Avenue, completed in 1929 and designed by Cross and Cross, was the first apartment building on East End Avenue. This limestone-clad building features a stunning original lobby with polished black-and-white marble floors, a fireplace topped by a starburst clock, and an intricately carved entry with a broken pediment.
