Designed by Rollin A. Caughey and completed in 1960, this 21-story red brick cooperative features a two-story gray base with polished black granite framing its canopied entrance. The building has 118 apartments, including duplexes with terraces on the 19th and 20th floors, plus penthouses. Residents enjoy full-time doorman service, a live-in super, porter, handyman, garage, laundry room, bike storage, and common storage. Developed by the Cohen Brothers, it sits across from their other projects at 175 and 200 East 74th Street.
