15 Union Square West

by

15 Union Square West is a unique blend of New York City history and modern luxury. Originally built in the 1800s by Charles Lewis Tiffany, the building features a distinctive cast iron façade and iconic 15-foot arched windows designed by architect John Kellum. Once Tiffany & Co.’s headquarters, it was restored in 2006 by Brack Capital Real Estate, preserving the original six-story structure while adding six modern floors. The result is a boutique condominium that seamlessly merges historic charm with contemporary design, highlighted by a sleek glass and anodized aluminum façade.
