The Swannanoa, a 10-story Neo-Renaissance building designed by Gilbert Schellinger, was built in 1898 and features a distinctive bay-windowed façade and a restored marble lobby and hallways. Amenities include two new elevators, virtual doorman, live-in super, basement laundry, and storage (for a fee). Pieds-à-terre, gifting, and parents buying with children are allowed.
