Another day, another record!

A 5-bedroom brick rowhouse at 208 Fifth Street in Hoboken recently sold for $4.23 million, setting a new record for Fifth Street and ranking among the highest-priced rowhomes ever sold in the city. The home had hit the market only days before at an asking price of $3.95 million, and with five bidders competing, it quickly exceeded expectations.

The Hudson Realty Group, helmed by Peter Cossio, represented both sides of the deal.
Built in the late 1800s and fully renovated and extended in 2017, the property manages to deliver four floors of thoughtfully designed living space, including formal and casual entertaining areas, while still preserving the elegance and integrity of a classic brownstone layout.

The home faces Church Square Park — a quiet, leafy gem in midtown Hoboken — and is positioned on a block between Park Avenue and Garden Street, offering both tranquility and convenience just across the river from Manhattan. That blend of vintage appeal, modern comfort, and stellar location evidently resonated with buyers.

Peter Cossio and the Hudson Realty Group are leaders in the Mile Square City’s luxury market. They are responsible for Hoboken’s top two highest priced townhomes ($6.5M and $5.9M) and the top two highest priced condos of all time ($4.65M and $4.2M).
