With more than 13 years in the business, Tamayose has built a reputation as an innovator and top producer. She is the founder of Aloha Luxury Estates, and played a vital role at a former NYC boutique brokerage where she expanded the team, created a first-of-its-kind training program, and transformed the company from a rental-only shop into a full-service brokerage.
Highly experienced in both new development and resales, she previously served as a Director of Condo Development at Compass for the #10 team in the nation according to Wall Street Journal / RealTrends, and held key roles at Engel & Völkers, Douglas Elliman, and Corcoran. She’s also the author of Becoming A Real Estate Agent: The Truth You Need To Know, a book designed to help newcomers survive and thrive in a challenging industry.
Her work has earned major recognition: in 2023 she was named Most Influential Broker in New York by RED (Real Estate Development), following her 2022 honor as Emerging Broker of the Year. A native of Kauai, Hawaii, Ms. Tamaysose has cultivated a network of clientele from across the country, and internationally.
